Job Title                      Electronic Trading Coordinator

Location                      Dorking

Salary                          Starting salary of £16,500, with a review after 3 months (end of probation).  It is a 2 year training scheme and there will be 4 (6 monthly) salary reviews over the 2 years. The salary increases at the reviews will be around 3-5% on their salary at that time

Job Description:

• Provide support and guidance to the outsourced Customer Services Department
• Assess risk, identify misrepresentation and proactively respond to concerns raised
• Acquire and expand knowledge of all aspects of Electronic Trading including an in depth knowledge of the company pricing structure, EDI and various software systems
• Work as part of a team to deliver new development and process improvements for products
• Providing feedback on ecommerce, EDI and Underwriting functionality
• Monitor, validate and rectify EDI data and maintain maximum MID submission

Person Specification:

• Previous work experience within an office is preferred
• Minimum of 5 GCSE A-C level (or equivalent) passes including Maths and English
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Good attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Sound technical and product knowledge
• Competent computer skills with an interest and desire to adapt to new and changing software functionality
• Ability to prioritise
• Happy working within a team environment

Additional Information:

• Based in Dorking
• £16,500, review after 3 months (end of probation)
• Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm
