We’re looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Taunton. You’ll provide professional, solution-focused support to consumer and trade customers, handling enquiries, information requests, and complaints across phone, email, and online channels.
Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally

Resolve complaints effectively, escalating complex issues when required

Deliver an excellent customer experience at all times

Work with internal teams to ensure a seamless service

Support continuous improvement of systems and processes
About You

At least 1 year’s customer service or telephony experience

Knowledge/interest of aquatics/ponds/electrical an advantage

Confident communicator with an excellent telephone manner

Well organised with strong attention to detail

Comfortable using IT systems and learning new technology

Knowledge of electrical or garden products is an advantage (or willingness to learn)
