Customer Service Advisor

📍 Taunton (Hybrid after training)
💰 Up to £30,000 + benefits

We’re looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Taunton. You’ll provide professional, solution-focused support to consumer and trade customers, handling enquiries, information requests, and complaints across phone, email, and online channels.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally

  • Resolve complaints effectively, escalating complex issues when required

  • Deliver an excellent customer experience at all times

  • Work with internal teams to ensure a seamless service

  • Support continuous improvement of systems and processes


About You

  • At least 1 year’s customer service or telephony experience

  • Knowledge/interest of aquatics/ponds/electrical an advantage

  • Confident communicator with an excellent telephone manner

  • Well organised with strong attention to detail

  • Comfortable using IT systems and learning new technology

  • Knowledge of electrical or garden products is an advantage (or willingness to learn)
