Join a fast-growing team in the UK energy infrastructure sector.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and proactive Technical Administrator to support asset adoption processes within a rapidly expanding energy infrastructure business. This role is key to ensuring a seamless customer experience and maintaining compliance and efficiency from installation through to long-term operations.

If you’re detail-oriented, confident handling technical administration, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, this could be the perfect role for you.

What you’ll be doing

  • Deliver a high-quality land rights service, responding to queries, liaising with solicitors, preparing legal packs, and reporting to customers.

  • Review standard energisation requests and completion documentation.

  • Administer the onboarding of Independent Connection Providers (ICPs) and Utility Infrastructure Providers (UIPs).

  • Schedule inspections, maintenance activities, and audits for onsite operatives.

  • Process whereabouts submissions and coordinate Work-In-Progress (WIP) audits.

  • Send remedial letters, follow up on Non-Conformances, and work with health & safety teams on any concerns.

  • Manage shared mailboxes and maintain KPI reporting across the technical adoption process.

  • Provide administrative support during network outages.

  • Assist with process improvements and problem-solving across the operations function.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience administering a land rights service (preferred).

  • Awareness of the asset adoption process, design documentation, or utility infrastructure (desirable).

  • Experience scheduling field-based appointments, audits, or inspections.

  • Strong administrative, organisational, and analytical skills.

  • Confident user of internal systems, databases, and Microsoft Office.

  • Professional, calm, and customer-focused approach, even in busy or challenging situations.

  • A supportive team player with a positive, flexible attitude.

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise effectively without close supervision.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with good interpersonal ability.

Why this role could be for you

  • Opportunity to join a growing and forward-thinking energy sector organisation.

  • Work with experienced professionals across engineering, operations, and network management.

  • Ongoing training and development to build technical knowledge and skills.

  • A collaborative team culture with a focus on improvement and high-quality service delivery.

  • The chance to contribute to essential national infrastructure and future energy networks.
