An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and proactive Technical Administrator to support asset adoption processes within a rapidly expanding energy infrastructure business. This role is key to ensuring a seamless customer experience and maintaining compliance and efficiency from installation through to long-term operations.

What you’ll be doing

Deliver a high-quality land rights service, responding to queries, liaising with solicitors, preparing legal packs, and reporting to customers.

Review standard energisation requests and completion documentation.

Administer the onboarding of Independent Connection Providers (ICPs) and Utility Infrastructure Providers (UIPs).

Schedule inspections, maintenance activities, and audits for onsite operatives.

Process whereabouts submissions and coordinate Work-In-Progress (WIP) audits.

Send remedial letters, follow up on Non-Conformances, and work with health & safety teams on any concerns.

Manage shared mailboxes and maintain KPI reporting across the technical adoption process.

Provide administrative support during network outages.

Assist with process improvements and problem-solving across the operations function.
What we’re looking for

Experience administering a land rights service (preferred).

Awareness of the asset adoption process, design documentation, or utility infrastructure (desirable).

Experience scheduling field-based appointments, audits, or inspections.

Strong administrative, organisational, and analytical skills.

Confident user of internal systems, databases, and Microsoft Office.

Professional, calm, and customer-focused approach, even in busy or challenging situations.

A supportive team player with a positive, flexible attitude.

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise effectively without close supervision.

Strong verbal and written communication skills with good interpersonal ability.
