Technical Administrator - Assets

We’re looking for an organised and proactive Technical Administrator to join our Infrastructure – Assets team. In this role, you’ll support the adoption and operation of electricity and gas network assets, ensuring a seamless process for our customers and compliance with industry standards.

What you’ll do:

  • Administer land rights and onboarding processes for new networks.

  • Schedule inspections, maintenance, and audits for field operatives.

  • Review energisation requests and manage completion files.

  • Liaise with solicitors, customers, and internal teams.

  • Track KPIs and maintain accurate asset records.

  • Support operational needs during outages and resolve process issues.

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong administration and organisational skills.

  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal.

  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

  • Experience in scheduling or coordinating works (energy sector knowledge a bonus).

  • Confident using databases and IT systems.
