To coordinate the core operational activities that underpin the delivery of services across the Company to ensure effective customer engagement, onboarding, and active management.  The postholder will support the interface between presales and delivery, ensuring service quotes, orders, contracts, and invoices, are raised in a timely manner.  Additionally, the postholder will manage/coordinate the engagement of service delivery and ad hoc resource from recruitment, training or service delivery partners

 

  • Develop and nurture stakeholder relationships across the company focusing on service delivery to ensure a good understanding is maintained across the team of the services the company delivers.
  • Coordinate processes underpinning services billing (primarily monthly or on project completion), from initial services quoting, through to raising of invoices; supporting services presales resources as required.
  • Work with account managers, BDMs and Legal to ensure legal and project governance paperwork is in place prior to services engagement.
  • Coordinate customer requests for engagement 
  • Liaise with Services Support via support tickets.
  • Coordinate Adoption & Change Management, and Training programmes, as required and engaged by customers.
  • Track and report on Service Token consumption as agreed with customers – expected to be monthly as standard.
  • Ensure timesheets are collected from ad hoc resources engagements and signed off by customers prior to invoicing.

Skills/Experience

  • Commercial acumen and ability to construct and drive commercial outcomes to achieve positive results.
  • Intermediate-level skills in use of Microsoft Office suite applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with excellent customer facing/customer service skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Able to demonstrate a high degree of flexibility including occasional out of hours working.
  • Excellent organisational skills - able to manage and prioritise and tasks and time efficiently.
  • Able to manage sensitive and sometimes confidential information.
  • Self-motivated and able to take responsibility.
  • Able to demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to daily tasks.
  • Able to work with stakeholders across business and technical disciplines.
