Senior Service Desk Lead

📍 Reigate, Surrey | 💼 £30–35k | 🕒 Full-Time, Permanent

Join a growing, agile MSP where you’ll have real impact. We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Service Desk Lead to take ownership of support, projects, and team leadership.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead technical support & act as escalation point

  • Mentor junior engineers & manage ticket queues (HaloPSA)

  • Drive service improvements & process changes

  • Deliver projects (M365 migrations, backups, onboarding)

  • Manage SLAs, vendors & basic account admin


Tech You’ll Work With

  • M365, Azure AD, Intune

  • HaloPSA, N-sight RMM

  • DNS Filtering, EDR, Cloud Backup

  • Windows Server, AD, Networking

  • PowerShell & automation (bonus)

  • Experience in MSP support leadership
