What You’ll Do

Lead technical support & act as escalation point

Mentor junior engineers & manage ticket queues (HaloPSA)

Drive service improvements & process changes
-
Deliver projects (M365 migrations, backups, onboarding)

Manage SLAs, vendors & basic account admin

DNS Filtering, EDR, Cloud Backup

Windows Server, AD, Networking
