Service Delivery Co-ordinator – 12 Month FTC

We’re looking for a proactive, organised, and people-focused Service Delivery Co-ordinator to join our friendly and growing team. In this role, you’ll be the trusted point of contact for key clients—managing their accounts, co-ordinating work across departments, and ensuring they receive the highest level of service.

This is not a call-centre role—it’s about relationship building, problem-solving, and delivering results. You’ll take ownership of customer portfolios, handle escalations, and ensure we’re meeting service level agreements (SLAs) while supporting clients to get the best from our services.

What you’ll be doing

  • Acting as the first point of contact for key client queries

  • Hosting customer meetings (virtual and face-to-face) to review progress and resolve issues

  • Monitoring account activity, liaising with internal teams, and keeping clients fully updated

  • Taking ownership of escalations, working to resolve them quickly and effectively

  • Providing regular portfolio reports and service health updates

  • Identifying opportunities to improve service and enhance the customer journey

What we’re looking for

  • Strong background in customer service, account management, or service delivery

  • Excellent communication skills—confident with clients at all levels

  • Highly organised, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities

  • Problem-solver who sees things through to resolution

  • Comfortable with occasional travel for client meetings
