Service Advisor - Automotive

Basic to £30-35k + Bonus

A great job role has arisen with our wonderful, independent client, who is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to provide excellent front of house customer service in a busy independent garage.

This business has a great reputation in the local area, as well as a loyal, and growing customer base, all of whom need treating with high priority by the new Service Advisor.

You will be the first point of contact for customers, and will be dealing with booking in work, answering customer queries, and helping with the day to day running of the business. If you have the skills, and you have experience in the motor trade, and looking after customers, this could be the ideal job for you.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service, and be the face of the business
• Give good technical advice to clients regarding their vehicles and work undertaken
• Be well organized, and able to work in a small team
• Love cars and the Automotive industry

Qualifications

• Good technical knowledge
• Great customer skills
• Motor trade experience beneficial
