Senior Property Manager

Our client, a well-established lettings agency, is looking for a Senior Property Manager to join their team at the Leatherhead branch, managing a portfolio across their four-branch network in Mole Valley.

This is a hands-on leadership role, overseeing a team of Property Managers alongside a portfolio of residential property, and playing a key part in helping the department hit its goals.

What you'll be doing

• Managing a team of Property Managers and helping prioritise workflow
• Regular reporting to and liaising with the office manager regarding current works
• Liaising with landlords and resolving tenant enquiries and issues
• Arranging contractors to attend to repairs, maintenance and refurbishments
• Booking and managing safety inspections
• Regular property visits
• Working towards targets to achieve office goals

What we're looking for

• Previous experience managing or leading a team is essential
• Strong administration skills
• Knowledge of lettings and property management legislation
• Strong time management skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines
• Good customer service skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work on your own initiative
• A full UK driving licence
• Experience of a property management software system is essential
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential
