The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting all efforts on bringing the Company brands to life with key accounts and retail stores across Europe. Focus will be coordinating functions of design, development and implementation of all merchandising programmes and materials. Supporting the best-in-class solutions for all categories of trade, in collaboration with the Retail Marketing Manager, internal Design Operations, Key Retail Partners and Sales Management.

Responsibilities:

Key Accounts

  • Co-ordinate the design of in-store displays, and associated POS for the Company's brands within accounts across Europe.
  • Support the Retail Marketing Manager with class leading Key Accounts event and brand activations.
  • Ensure all product information/F&B information received in advance of launch – (taking into account due regard for embargos).
  • Support our growing Amazon business with creative assets including product images and videos. Develop bespoke assets to create a clear link between A+ content rating and increased sales revenue.

POP & POS

  • Develop    innovative    POP    and    associated    POS    for    the Company's brands; working closely with all relevant agencies to create, design, produce and deliver within agreed time and budget.
  • Forecast, plan, and manage POP/SIS CAPEX and EXPENSE budget.
  • Request part numbers and manage the process of all inventory from production partners to our warehouse facility in line with timescales.
  • Process marketing material orders via Order Tool & SAP ensuring close monitoring of POP allocations and stock.
  • Ensure in-store customer journey is clear and defined, leading to conversion by utilising all retail touchpoints (inside and outside the designated Company areas).
  • Work with the Retail Marketing Manager in the decision making process of yearly merchandising portfolios and allocation per region based on various data resources such as sales figures, market demands, trend analysis and market share.
  • Standardise CGE brand image throughout Europe using brand guidelines and provide visual merchandising training to sales teams to drive enhanced impact.
  • Work with relevant agencies, sales reps, and accounts (stores) to create window display designs and installations.
  • Support the Company's subsidiaries (Australia, India, South Africa, and Dubai) by creating POP orders and local design briefs, reducing duplication but effective messaging.
 

 

‘Shop in Shop’ installations

  • Manage SIS rollouts from start to finish: brief, design, production, and installation and configuration of each unit.
  • Report on ROI for each new store installation and create feedback for Retail Marketing Manager and wider business.

Online Marketing Asset –

  • Ensure all online marketing assets are created and available to the European retail base prior to all major product launches.
  • Deliver an ‘always on’ approach by collating new product images, brief artwork to the internal Design Ops team and upload on to the Company's Asset site–WordPress platform.

Regional Retail Marketing Support

  • Collaborate with Retail Marketing Manager and sales teams to proactively create and execute retail-merchandising plans to support sell in and sell through.
  • Work closely with Regional Marketing Managers to monitor and report the impact of promotional activities in each region and highlight key trends.
  • Manage and report on the regional marketing budgets to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Successfully complete regional ad hoc projects and tasks as and when required.

Sell In Support

  • Co-ordinate the process for collation and consolidation of all relevant marketing materials.
  • Liaise with suppliers and colleagues to ensure timely delivery and effective use of budget of all POP material into our distribution centre (DC/SuperHub)
  • Work closely with the SuperHub team regarding marketing material delivery, leading biannual management meetings, stock control and marketing activities with the support of the Retail Marketing Manager
