Junior IT Sales Executive

Overview
We are seeking Entry-level IT Salespeople to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for
individuals looking to build a career in IT sales and further develop their skills in a supportive
environment. You will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding
their needs, and providing tailored solutions. As you build your area of the business, there
will be an opportunity to develop your own team.
Responsibilities
• Engage with potential clients through various communication channels to promote
our products and services.
• Conduct needs analysis to understand client requirements and recommend
appropriate solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions using our CRM tools.
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to
overall team success.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client queries and resolving
issues promptly.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance sales techniques and
product knowledge.
• Share your knowledge with other members of the Team.
• Assist in the development of marketing strategies to attract new clients.
• Basic salary + uncapped commission
Qualifications
• Proven IT sales experience in hardware, software, cybersecurity, cloud or
infrastructure and a desire to learn and grow within the industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build
rapport with clients.
• Proficiency in analysing customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Familiarity with CRM/CPQ platforms.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and
enthusiasm.
• A positive attitude and willingness to embrace challenges in a fast-paced
environment.

• Pay: circa £30K AAE + commission
