Are you a detail-driven administrator who thrives in a busy sales environment?

We're recruiting a Sales Administrator for a well-established business based in Horley, Surrey. This is a key role in the sales team — the person who keeps things running smoothly, ensures orders are processed accurately, and makes sure customers and colleagues get the support they need.

If you're organised, a confident communicator, and take real pride in the quality of your work, this could be a brilliant next step.

What you'll be doing

  • Processing sales orders, contracts, and maintenance agreements accurately in the CRM.
  • Managing team inboxes and handling enquiries by phone and email.
  • Qualifying new enquiries and directing them to the right people.
  • Maintaining accurate records and keeping customer data up to date.
  • Building and managing Excel reports to track portfolio performance and statistics.
  • Identifying process improvements and updating procedural documents.
  • Supporting sales meetings — internal and external — and providing training to team members.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for customers and internal teams, ensuring a consistently professional experience.

What we're looking for

  • Solid sales administration experience, ideally from a technical, service, or managed services environment.
  • A natural with CRM systems and data — highly accurate and detail-focused.
  • Intermediate Excel skills and confident use of Word and Outlook.
  • Brilliant communicator — professional, calm, and approachable.
  • Someone who takes ownership, spots problems before they escalate, and gets things done without being chased.
  • Experience with contracts or maintenance agreements would be a real bonus.

What's on offer

  • £24,000 – £25,000 depending on experience.
  • Hybrid working from the Horley, Surrey office.
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
  • Company pension, private medical insurance, and a strong benefits package.
  • A varied role with real scope to grow and develop within the business.
