We are a well-established wholesale distributor of garage doors, automation systems, spare parts, and accessories, supplying specialist installers, property developers, and builders’ merchants across the South East and London. With over 40 years’ experience in the industry, we operate from modern offices in the Manor Royal Business District, Crawley, with excellent transport links.

We are looking for a motivated and organised Sales Coordinator / Technical Sales Advisor to join our experienced sales team. This is a business-to-business role focused on handling enquiries, pricing, and sales of garage doors and related products.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide sales and product support on garage doors, accessories, and spare parts

  • Handle inbound customer enquiries via phone and email

  • Prepare quotations and process customer orders

  • Work closely with internal and external sales teams to maximise opportunities

  • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers

  • Proactively contact existing customers with promotions and special offers

  • Update internal systems accurately and efficiently

  • Contribute to regular sales team meetings

  • Carry out general administrative duties as required


Essential Skills & Experience

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Good organisational and time management skills

  • Confident and professional working style

  • IT literate, with good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team

  • Previous experience in a sales or office-based environment


Desirable

  • Experience using Sage 200

  • Experience within the garage door, construction, or trade supply industry


Hours

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
