📍 Location: Horley (with occasional travel to Bristol or Blackpool – approx. 6 times per year)
💼 Salary: £22,000 – £24,000 + benefits

Are you a detail-oriented, organised individual with a passion for supporting sales teams and ensuring smooth operational processes? We’re working with a fantastic UK-wide business to find a Sales Support Analyst to join their friendly and fast-paced team based in Horley.
This is a great opportunity to play a key role in maintaining accurate sales data, improving internal processes, and supporting both colleagues and customers through excellent administrative support.
🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:

Provide proactive administrative support to the sales team and manage shared inboxes.

Process orders, contracts, and customer changes within the CRM system to a high standard.

Handle enquiries via phone and email, qualifying and directing them appropriately.

Monitor and update customer records, including contact details and contract variations.

Create and manage sales and portfolio reports using Microsoft Excel.

Maintain and update sales documents and process guides.

Organise and attend sales meetings, both virtually and occasionally in other UK offices.

Identify and flag issues or inconsistencies in order data.

Support wider team tasks as efficiencies develop.
💡 What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in an administrative, sales support or CRM/data-focused role.

Excellent attention to detail and high standards of data accuracy.

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g. formulas, reporting).

Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.

Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.

Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
