Sales Negotiator – Tadworth
We’re working with a well-established, independent estate agency based in the beautiful, rural surroundings of Tadworth, who are looking to add a motivated Sales Negotiator to their growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build or develop a career in property, within a supportive team and a quieter, more relaxed office environment away from the high street rush.
The Role
As a Sales Negotiator, you’ll be involved in all aspects of the sales process, including:
- Registering applicants and understanding their requirements
- Booking and conducting viewings
- Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors
- Progressing sales through to completion
- Building strong relationships with clients and delivering excellent customer service
Working Hours
- Monday – Thursday: 08:30 – 18:00
- Friday & Saturday: 08:30 – 17:00
- Sunday: Closed
You’ll receive a day off in lieu for working Saturdays, making this effectively a 5-day working week. Saturdays are part of the rota but can be requested off where possible.
Package
- Basic salary: £18,000 – £25,000
- On Target Earnings: £35,000 – £55,000+
- Commission: Starting at 6%, rising to 8%
- 4-month financial guarantee (to be confirmed)
- Car allowance: £150+ per month
Additional Incentives
- £50 per conveyancing referral
- £100 per mortgage referral
- £25 per removals referral
- £20 per 5⭐ Google review (£10 for Trustpilot)
- 10% of any survey instruction fee
About You
- Previous estate agency experience is ideal, but not essential
- Confident, personable and target-driven
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Full UK driving licence preferred
- Keen to learn and build a long-term career in property
