Sales Negotiator – Epsom (Busy, Fast-Paced Branch)
We’re working with a successful, high-performing estate agency in the heart of Epsom, looking for an ambitious Sales Negotiator to join their busy office.
This is a fast-paced, target-driven environment with strong stock levels and a high volume of applicants — ideal for someone who thrives under pressure and wants to maximise their earnings.
The Role
As a Sales Negotiator, you’ll play a key role in driving the sales business forward:
- Registering and qualifying applicants
- Booking and conducting a high volume of viewings
- Negotiating offers and closing deals
- Progressing sales through to completion
- Delivering excellent customer service in a busy environment
Working Hours
- Monday – Thursday: 08:30 – 18:00
- Friday & Saturday: 08:30 – 17:00
- Sunday: Closed
You’ll receive a day off in lieu for working Saturdays, making this effectively a 5-day week. Saturdays are part of the rota, with time off by request where possible.
Package
- Basic salary: £18,000 – £25,000 (depending on age & experience)
- On Target Earnings: £35,000 – £55,000+
- Commission: Starting at 6%, rising to 8%
- 4-month financial guarantee (to be confirmed)
- Car allowance: £150+ per month

- £25 per removals referral
- £20 per 5⭐ Google review (£10 for Trustpilot)
- 10% of any survey instruction fee
About You
- Previous estate agency experience preferred
- Driven, resilient, and target-focused
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Full UK driving licence preferred
