Sales Ledger/Accounts Administrator
Location Leatherhead, Surrey
Salary £22-25k
Hours: Monday to Friday
Summary of the Role:

Purpose of Job
|
To assist with all aspects of the Sales Ledger and other duties involved within the day to day running of the Finance Dept.
|
|
Responsibilities
|
To enter data efficiently and accurately within specified timescales
|
|
Individual Duties / Tasks
|
Invoicing, Banking, Filing, Credit notes, Month End reporting, Journals, Bank Reconciliations, Checking sales orders, Credit Control.
|
|
Department Goals
|
To provide accurate and relevant information to the Management Team
|
|
Skills Required
|
- No experience necessary, All Training will be provided
- Microsoft Excel and Word skills an advantage
- Good keyboard skills
- Good telephone manner
- Team player
|
|
Training Given
|
All that is necessary to do the job effectively. Including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Access Dimensions.
|
|
Qualities
|
Articulate, neat, punctual, able to work under pressure and organised.
