Are you an organised, detail-oriented individual with a passion for finance and customer service? We’re looking for a Sales Ledger Clerk to join our dynamic Finance team in Horley. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills within a supportive, hybrid working environment.
🔹 About the Role:
You’ll play a key role in our Finance function by ensuring invoices are raised accurately and on time. You’ll handle reconciliations, resolve customer queries, support month-end tasks, and help us improve our financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and process all types of sales invoices and credit notes
- Analyse and challenge the accuracy of backing data
- Carry out customer account reconciliations, identifying discrepancies
- Respond efficiently to customer queries
- Assist with month-end reporting (including accruals)
- Support Finance projects and cross-training initiatives
- Identify improvements in revenue assurance and finance systems
- Adhere to company policies and contribute to a safe working environment
- Take part in regular training and development
