📍 Location: Leatherhead, Surrey
💼 Salary: £27,000–£31,000 + benefits
We are looking for a proactive, organised, and enthusiastic Sales Administrator to join our growing team. This is an exciting and varied role, combining sales support, customer service, and training course administration. You will be integral to our operations—ensuring smooth order processing, maintaining strong customer relationships, and supporting our global training events.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Sales Administration

Manage and follow up on e-commerce customer orders

Prepare and process quotes and purchase orders

Work with the logistics team to ensure efficient order delivery

Maintain accurate records in our CRM (HubSpot)

Support credit control, invoicing, and customer accounts

Assist sales team with quoting and e-commerce tasks (aroxa.com)
Customer Relationship Management

Communicate regularly with clients by phone and email

Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

Keep CRM data accurate and up to date
Customer Support
-
Respond to queries about our Taster Validation Scheme (TVS)
-
Provide product knowledge and technical assistance
-
Manage user access and login credentials for TVS
Training Support

Arrange international travel and accommodations for training events
-
Set up training rooms and assist assessors during sessions
-
Occasionally attend international training courses (max. 2 weeks per year)
✅ Requirements
Essential
-
Experience in sales administration or customer service
-
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint) and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

Valid passport and willingness to travel internationally
Desirable
-
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
-
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and ISO 9001:2015
-
Knowledge of Xero or other accounting software
-
Experience with general office equipment
