Receptionist/Admin Support

£19-22k

 

Our lovely client based in central Dorking is looking to recruit a Receptionist/Admin Support to join their friendly, successful company.

My client is seeking someone who has a great telephone manner, is happy to greet clients face to face and is highly organised at all times. 

Duties will include:

  • Answering incoming calls 
  • Collecting post/deliveries
  • Greeting clients 
  • Franking post and entering into post book
  • Closing and archiving files
  • Providing admin support to other departments

  • Polite telephone manner
  • IT literate
  • Team Player
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Interest in the legal industry would be an advantage (not essential)
