Property Manager

Leatherhead, Surrey  |  D.O.E  |  Full-time

Our client, a well-established lettings agency, is looking for a full-time Property Manager to join their team at the Leatherhead branch, managing a portfolio across their four-branch network in Mole Valley.

The main purpose of the role is to manage a portfolio of residential property and contribute to the department achieving its objectives and targets.

What you'll be doing

• Liaising with landlords and resolving tenant enquiries and issues
• Arranging contractors to attend to repairs, maintenance and refurbishments
• Booking and managing safety inspections
• Regular property visits
• Working towards targets to achieve office goals

What we're looking for

• Strong administration skills
• Good customer service skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work on your own initiative
• A full UK driving licence
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential
