Our lovely clients, based in central Dorking, are looking to recruit a Property Maintenance Co-ordinator to assist the Property Management department and look after a portfolio of residential units. You will need to be a car owner and hold a full driving licence. Our client is an extremely successful and progressive estate agency business with branches covering most of Surrey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Day to day property maintenance issues
- Ensuring landlords, tenants, contractors and colleagues are fully aware of actions you have taken, programmes of work and progress
- Recording all accurate file notes on the property management system
- Invoice management and processing
- Obtaining competitive quotes on behalf of the landlord
- Manage the process relating to insurance claims
- Arranging gas safety certificates
- Arranging Property Inspections
- Deposit returns, negotiating between Landlord and Tenant to resolve any damages and liaising with tenancy deposit scheme where necessary
- Comply with lettings administrative procedures and all relevant legislation
- Provide exceptional client service
Key Skills:
- Ideally previous experience in property management or something similar
- Excellent team worker
