Project Manager / Estimator (M&E)
Location: Reigate, Surrey — office-based, with travel to site meetings
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

My lovely client in Reigate, is a well-established Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) services company delivering high-quality solutions across commercial, industrial and residential projects. They’re looking for an experienced and motivated Project Manager / Estimator (M&E) to join their growing team.

You’ll play a key role in the successful delivery of M&E projects from pre-construction through to completion - confidently pricing everything from small domestic gas jobs to larger commercial gas projects, including boiler room strip-outs and refurbishments/ large pipe-running projects. Strong, well-rounded mechanical knowledge is essential.

What you’ll be doing:

• Preparing accurate M&E estimates and tender submissions
• Pricing work ranging from small domestic gas jobs to larger commercial gas projects
• Managing project budgets, programmes and resources
• Leading and coordinating project delivery on-site
• Building strong client and supply chain relationships
• Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget
• Travelling to site meetings as required

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager / Estimator within M&E
• Confident pricing everything from small domestic gas jobs to larger commercial gas projects
• Experience with boiler room strip-outs and refurbishments
• Experience with large pipe-running projects
• Extremely good all-round mechanical knowledge
• Comfortable travelling to site meetings as needed
