Part-Time Bookkeeper/Office Administrator
Reigate, Surrey
Up to £32k pro rata plus benefits
3 days a week (18-21 hours)
Our client, a creative company based in central Reigate, is seeking a new team member to join their dynamic and forward-thinking office. This role involves working closely with the company owners, managing accounts payable/bookkeeping, and handling general office administration.
Responsibilities.
- Processing accounts payable and receivable transactions efficiently.
- Checking purchase orders and invoices
- Preparing financial statements and reports for management review.
- Reconciling bank statements and ensuring any discrepancies are resolved promptly.
- Working with the directors to help organise operations
- Assist with administrative duties including filing, responding to emails and general office duties.
- Making sure the office runs smoothly
- Supporting freelance and contractors with admin duties as required
Experience/Skills
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Previous accounts/bookkeeping experience essential
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
- Good interpersonal and team communication skills are essential.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills.
- IT literate with knowledge of accounting software
