Our superb client, based in Leatherhead, is looking to recruit someone to help support the growth of their Adobe revenue by providing excellent support to the team.  Our client is a progressive company where rewards can be achieved and development assured! And they have an on-site gym and bonus structure!


  • Be the first point of contact for customers and internal departments

  • Provide, track, and follow up on all quotations & manage and notify customers for all contractual renewals

  • Ensure all orders are processed accurately and invoiced in line with operations procedures 

  • Advise customers procedures and discuss purchasing options with them

  • Manage CSRM system and keep up to date

  • Provide cover for members of your team as necessary

  • Attend training, webinars & annual review meetings with Adobe

  • Generation of incremental business opportunities through strong customer relationships.

  • Keep the Sales team informed of any changes in procedures, price changes and promotions

  • Be the central point of contact for internals teams including Accounts, Purchasing and Sales

  • Accurate pricelist upload in a timely fashion

  • Maintain a strong relationship with our Partner Account Manager by liaising on a regular basis

  • Support other in the team during busy times as well as assisting with training
