Our lovely client, based in Leatherhead, is looking for an Operations Support Specialist to complement their team. This role would support the administrative activity to support our customer journey and operational responsibilities. Main responsibilities
- Administrative support, including responding to customer/consumer queries, maintaining trackers, populating industry standard templates
- Providing excellent customer service during all correspondence with customers/consumers via email, telephone and virtual meetings (and face to face, when appropriate)
- Communication with internal stakeholders to help provide visibility of service delivery, attend meetings, capture and cascade information

- Excellent communication skills across a variety of channels, good team player
- Full working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Numeracy and grammatical skills
