About the Role

You will have the opportunity to manage an interesting range of operational areas:

1.Operations Management: Monitor, analyse and report on Company Metrics.
2.Team Management: Manage an IT Hub Specialist.
3.IT Hardware & Software Management: Take ownership of all the Hardware and Software implementation and management and oversee the delivery of key tasks by the IT HubSpecialist including:

▪Daily operations of the IT Hub.

▪Management of IT hardware & remote office equipment purchases and builds.

▪IT onboarding & offboarding of employees and contractors.

▪Management and support of server, software and licences for employees and contractors.

▪Audits of IT Hub hardware assets.
4.Company Processes Management: Maintain and improve company processes documentation across all the teams
5.Legal Management: Support all the company’s legal projects and documentation.
6.Compliance Management: Support all the company’s compliance projects and certifications and specifically, amongst other, support the Strategy Team:
▪With the implementation of ISO 27001.
▪With the ongoing year-on-year maintenance of ISO 27001 certification.
▪With GDPR compliance.

7.Change Management: Support the Strategy Team across a wide range of projects to transform and grow the Company.
