Our client, a well-established and fast-growing home improvement company with five thriving branches across Greater London, is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to drive performance, streamline processes, and help shape the next chapter of their success story.

🌟 What You’ll Do

As Operations Manager, you’ll be at the heart of a busy, multi-site business — ensuring smooth daily operations, driving efficiency, and supporting teams to deliver excellence. You’ll work closely with staff, clients, and suppliers to enhance performance, implement strategy, and create solutions that move the business forward.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing and optimising operations across multiple branches

• Implementing and managing processes for efficiency and growth

• Liaising with internal teams and external partners to ensure excellence

• Managing budgets, business plans, and financial performance

• Recruiting, developing, and motivating staff

• Analysing data and performance metrics

• Supporting sales and marketing initiatives

• Ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety policies

💼 What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone who’s:

• A confident decision-maker with strong leadership skills

• Experienced in financial and operational management

• Highly organised, IT literate (especially Excel & Outlook), and detail-driven

• A great communicator who thrives under pressure

• In possession of a full, clean driving licence (up to 3 points acceptable)

Desirable: Experience in the home improvement industry is a big plus!
