Are you looking for your next progressive step in the commercial world? We have an amazing opportunity at our dynamic client in Leatherhead to join their billing administration team.

You will be required to ensure a high level of knowledgable, efficient and accurate support is delivered to internal staff, customers and clients.  Ideally the right candidate will have a passion for numbers and be comfortable working in a finance/billing environment.  

MAIN DUTIES

  • Provide support with customer billing and invoice queries
  • Understand the billing and operational changes to processes
  • Operational support within the department
  • Administrative support for internal and external suppliers
  • Assist with training of new staff within the department
  • Updating systems

Skills/Experience

  • Experience in administration and client relations
  • Aptitude for data and numbers
  • Immediate/Advanced Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work in a team or on own initiative
  • Excellent time management and ability to multi task
