The Role & responsibilities:
To ensure a consistently high level of knowledgeable, efficient and accurate operational support is delivered to internal staff, customers and resellers with regards to the company's Microsoft Cloud Provider Programme.
Understand and demonstrate a high level of understanding of all programmatic and operational aspects of the MS CSP programme
Assist with internal and external tickets in the CSP help box and resolve within defined SLAs.
Provide internal and external operational support to customers over the phone or via MS Teams.
Identify where additional operational support is required and escalate accordingly.
Understanding of relevant company in house and Microsoft systems, how they link and relate with regards to the programme to be able to assist with queries and escalations efficiently, e.g. Company cloud dashboard, company portal, company Smartinfo, Microsoft Partner Centre etc.
Requirements: GCSE passes A-C including maths or 2-3 years similar experience.
