Our wonderful client, who is well established in their field is seeking an experienced and versatile Marketing Manager to lead their marketing and client service activity.  This is a standalone role, ideal for a motivated professional with strong commercial awareness, excellent communication skills, and a passion for hands-on delivery.

The role will include but will not be limited to the following: 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Budgeting - develop and implement the Firm’s marketing strategy in line with objectives and budget.
  • Digital Marketing & Website Management - maintain the Firm’s website, ensuring content is current, accessible, and compliant. Oversee SEO, monitor Google Analytics data, and optimise digital performance. Liaise with external digital agencies to manage online campaigns, Google Ads, and CMS enhancements.
  • Content Creation - prepare and distribute content including legal updates, press releases, newsletters, and service launches. Collaborate internally to produce high-quality, relevant content that supports brand and business goals.
  • Social media - plan, create, and monitor engaging content across LinkedIn and other platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and X.
  • Brand & Collateral - manage the creation of marketing collateral such as brochures, banners, branded templates, and business stationery, maintaining brand consistency.
  • Events & Sponsorships - plan and manage internal and external events.
  • Advertising - plan advertising placements across regional and industry-specific publications.
  • Client Services Support - act as a point of contact for incoming client enquiries, assisting with quotes and routing enquiries appropriately.
  • Internal Engagement - attend internal meetings to align marketing with business development priorities, working closely with Partners and fee earners to support individual marketing and BD plans.
  • Projects - lead and support special initiatives such as heritage campaigns, office launches, and public engagement projects.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar standalone or management-level marketing role, ideally within professional services.
  • Strong experience in strategy, digital, content, events, and branding.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills.
  • Confident communicator with excellent writing and editing and organisational skills.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaborating with senior stakeholders.
  • High level of attention to detail, creative thinking, and commercial awareness.
  • Proficient with website CMS platforms, Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media platforms.
