We’re expanding fast and are looking for a confident, motivated Lettings Negotiator who can hit the ground running and thrive in a high-energy, customer-focused environment.

What you’ll be doing

• Arranging and conducting viewings

• Negotiating between tenants and landlords

• Providing feedback, advice, and exceptional service

• Managing an accurate applicant database

• Overseeing lets from offer to move-in

• Supporting marketing and general administration

• Driving new business with a proactive, can-do attitude

What we’re looking for

• Professional, enthusiastic, people-focused approach

• Ideally some lettings, listings or market appraisal experience

• Strong communication skills – written and verbal

• Ability to build great relationships and work well in a team

• Self-motivated, organised and target-driven

• Full UK driving licence + own car

• Solid MS Office skills and excellent attention to detail
