Our client based in the Gatwick area is a trusted progressive specialist provider of managed Engineering workforce solutions and is going from strength to strength.  This is a brand new role and a very exciting opportunity for someone who is looking for a varied role of team management and managing a large key client. Purpose of the Role

  • The right candidate will provide an outstanding round the clock customer service to their third party account.  Managing onsite contractors and dealing with ever changing projects and deadlines.
  • You will also be responsible for managing three Key Account Executives.  You will build and lead a team that supply and service the third-party arrangement and develop strong long-term relationships with them.

Duties will include:

  • Ensure the team delivers outstanding service, through core behaviours, high quality training and team commitment.
  • Achieve and exceed all targeted service levels and performance metrics that are associated with the Third-party relationship.
  • Manage the scheduling of all engineers under the contract ensuring 99%+ cover of competent engineers.
  • Continuously look for and implement improvements to the Customer and Engineer experience.
  • Constantly develop your knowledge & skills and your team.
  • Seek and implement opportunities that grow the Third-Party Arrangement and further strengthen the long-term relationship.
  • Ensure all onboarding and Engineer polices and procedures are adhered to.

Skills and Experience

  • Experience in managing key accounts and delivering successful results.
  • Knowledge of developing a team and effectively get the best out of them.
  • Resilient and highly adaptable.
  • High degree of drive and self-motivation to achieve set goals.
  • Quality focused and measured, with the ability to drive improvement processes
  • Demonstrable experience of managing a fast-paced and demanding client account
  • Managing and cultivating Third-Party Relationships.
  • Successfully building and managing a high performing team in a pressured environment.
  • Recruiting, onboarding dynamic teams.
  • Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Happy to work outside set hours to deliver projects and client requirements (adhoc evening or weekend work as required)
