£22,000 p/a

Bonus:

Up to £1,000 per month

Purpose of the role:

  • The key account executive is required to provide an outstanding round the clock customer service to their Third-party relationships, through fully rostered shifts and high calibre engineers that are motivated to add value to clients during their shifts.
  • To quickly fulfil the engineer resource demands of their client with quality, committed, experienced and hardworking engineers.
  • To ensure supplied engineers adhere to legal, regulated requirements and contract obligations  

 

 

 

Your responsibilities:

  • To deliver outstanding service, through core behaviours, high quality training and team commitment.
  • Achieve and exceed all targeted service levels and performance metrics that are associated with the Third-party relationship.
  • Manage the scheduling of all engineers under the contract ensuring 99%+ cover of competent engineers.
  • Continuously look for and implement improvements to the Customer and Engineer experience.
  • Constantly develop your knowledge & skills.
  • Identify opportunities that grow and develop the Third-Party Arrangement’s long-term relationship.
  • Ensure all onboarding and Engineer polices and procedures are adhered to.
