Junior Product Marketing Executive

Taunton (hybrid working available after probation)  |  £26,000 - £30,000  |  Full-time

We're recruiting for a Junior Product Marketing Executive to join a growing Outdoor brand, supporting the Product Marketing team in developing and implementing marketing tactics for their Outdoor product range.

This is a great opportunity for a marketing graduate to build a career in product marketing, with support and mentoring provided as you develop your skills.

What you'll be doing

• Support Go-to-Market plans for new product introductions, from packaging design through to marketing content and support materials.
• Work with Brand Marketing to support the design of exhibition materials, and help organise and coordinate B2B and B2C trade shows, personally attending as required.
• Support Sales and Graphics teams with promotional campaigns to maximise product distribution.
• Support Product Marketing budget planning and tracking.
• Maintain customer insight through market research and close contact with Sales colleagues.

What we're looking for

• Degree in Marketing, Business or a related field, or practical experience gained through internships, university projects or similar.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working collaboratively as part of a team, as well as independently.
• Well organised, with good attention to detail and a proactive, eager-to-learn approach.
• Willingness to travel within the UK/Europe, with travel outside Europe (e.g. to the US) only rarely, if at all — up to approximately 10% of working time. Candidates with travel restrictions cannot be considered for this role.
