We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established managed services provider who are looking for a Service Engineer to join their busy support desk. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with around a year's helpdesk experience who wants to grow their technical knowledge in a supportive, fast-paced environment.
What you'll be doing: You'll be first-line technical support for a portfolio of business clients — picking up calls and tickets, diagnosing issues, and seeing them through to resolution. You'll work across desktop, servers, connectivity, email, VoIP, and more — no two days are the same.
What we're looking for:
- Helpdesk or IT support experience (an advantage)
- Solid Windows desktop troubleshooting
- Some exposure to networking — VPN, firewalls, WiFi
- A friendly, professional manner with clients
- Willingness to learn and a can-do attitude — the technical depth can be developed
- Servicenow knowledge - (an advantage)
