Internal Sales Executive

Dorking, Surrey

£28-32k inc. benefits

Provide an outstanding experience for each customer you come in contact with, giving the customers the best possible solution in the quickest time possible.

Responsibilities:

  • Qualification and following up of any sales enquires that are handed on from the Customer Experience team and the project sales team.
  • Processing and managing customer orders
  • Handing of small projects (Residential projects)
  • Liaise with customers and the internal operations team and external suppliers over delivery times and supplier prices
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Prepare quotes for standard and bespoke products, log on the CRM tenuously following up
  • Taking incoming sales enquiries that come over telephone, email, and website

Experience required:

  • 2 years' sales experience
  • 2 years' construction experience
