Our client is seeking a confident and experienced HR Manager to take responsibility for the full HR function within a well-established, people-focused organisation of approximately 75 employees. • Acting as the first point of contact for employee relations matters, providing practical and commercially focused advice

  • Supporting the development of management capability through coaching and training initiatives
  • Providing HR reporting and insights to senior leadership
  • Supporting internal communication and engagement initiatives across multiple locations
  • Contributing to the smooth day-to-day running of the office environment

What we’re looking for

  • CIPD an advantage not essential
  • Proven experience in a standalone or senior generalist HR role
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
  • Confident handling employee relations matters from start to finish
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust at all levels
  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working independently and managing competing priorities
  • A practical, solutions-focused approach to HR

You’ll have the autonomy to shape processes, work closely with decision-makers, and see the direct impact of your work across the organisation.

If you’re looking for a role where your experience, judgement, and initiative will be valued, we’d love to hear from you.
