Our client is seeking a pro-active HR Manager to join its ambitious and vibrant organisation to support the day-to-day activities of the HR team; focusing on solutions, not problems in delivering the smooth running the HR function. Based in Leatherhead but offering hybrid working this is an excellent role for someone who wants to work for a dynamic and growing company.

Some Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and delivering an effective, efficient and legally compliant human resource service
  • Lead annual HR processes including performance reviews, learning and development and talent and succession planning
  • Give counsel and oversee complex employee relations, such as grievances and disciplinary cases and manage difficult cases with professionalism

Person Specification

  • Commercially focused, hands-on and used to working in a fast- paced and changing environment
  • Flexible approach and ability to work under own initiative
  • Keen attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • Qualified to a minimum of CIPD 5 or similar experience essential
  • Bachelor’s degree; Master’s in human resources or business administration desirable
  • Able to establish credibility and build department accountability
  • Able to problem solve and demonstrate operational and strategic skills
  • Comfortable in developing team members and empowering staff
  • Proactive attitude and confident manner
  • Good presentation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
