Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the HR function.
  • Receive a structured and documented handover of the HR function/role
  • Maintain the documentation of the function processes up to date
  • Take ownership of all HR matters across the company for new and existing employees.
  • Manage a team of 1 to 2 junior Human Resource Assistants.
  • Support the recruitment of new hires, including permanent employees, Kickstarters andApprentices.
  • Manage the induction of all new hires.
  • Maintain a smooth execution of our apprenticeship program.
  • Maintain a smooth remote onboarding and remote offboarding process.
  • Carry out necessary administrative duties.
  • Create clear and concise reports.
  • Support ad-hoc project management.
  • Collect and maintain data for the monthly payroll purposes

What can you bring?

  • 1 to 4 years HR experience.
  • Interest to complete CIPD qualification Level 3/5 (financed by the company)
  • Able to execute HR processes in a quick and lean manner
  • You will need a quiet room with a desk at home.
  • Internet with at least 30MBPS download speed, and 10 MBPS upload speed.
  • Happy to be on the live team video portal during the working hours (9am to 6pm, with lunch break between 1pm and 2pm).
  • Comfortable using an HR software (training will be provided).
