Our client a well established company in Chessington is seeking a Finance Manager to join their team. You will be responsible to ensure monthly activities are carried out by the team to allow:
- timely delivery of the monthly reporting for the Group Management Accounts
- correct preparation of the company's statutory accounts;
- correct reporting to management;
- annual relation with the auditors;
Main Tasks
- Oversee all daily accounting tasks, assisting as required;
- Authorise payments to suppliers
- Collate supplier payments and process into HSBC for authorization
- Keep bank payments and receipts up to date
- Month end procedures
- Month end management reporting
- Quarterly VAT returns
- Prepare and send monthly staff salary information to external processors
- Arrange monthly payment of staff salaries
- Annual P11D's
- Manage staff workplace pension scheme, including enrolment's, monthly payments and cancellations
- Manage the filing according to the local law and the procedures in place with the Companies' Registrar
- Deal with the Certified Accountants, providing with what is required to complete the annual audit
- Deal with the external Tax advisor

- Previous experience in a similar role
- Good IT skills and ability to learn new systems
- Team Player
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong all round accounts knowledge
