Role Overview

 

Working within the Finance & Facilities team, produce and process regular statements for the business. You will assist with general finance tasks and queries to allow the team to provide high levels of service. Assist with processing of property invoices and store requests, in addition to assisting Property Executive with store upkeep and maintenance visits.

 

Duties/Responsibilities

 

Finance

  • Intercompany – Prepare and send monthly statements for funds owed to the company from within the group and locate supporting documentation.
  • Purchase Ledger - Process Intercompany and 3rd Party statements for payment. Liaise with Partnership team to review and resolve statement queries.
  • Purchase Ledger - Prepare payment of Intercompany/3rd Party statements in reservation system ready for Finance Senior Executive to action.
  • General Accounting - Assist Financial Accountant with processing of queries on retail/third party bookings related to Sales Ledger discrepancies.
  • Budgeting - Cross checking invoices received and coding to appropriate budget spend in relation to property/facilities invoices. Allocation of funds to store cards for generic and ad- hoc expenditure.
  • Credit Control – Assisting with general credit control queries (payments and refunds) and monitoring of mailbox queries to support the sales teams. Support with cover/ad-hoc tasks when required for credit control team.

 

 

 

Facilities

  • Post Room - arrange deliveries to stores. Arrange and process inbound/outbound Head Office post.
  • Retail Maintenance – First Point of Contact for store queries by phone/email.
  • General Facilities – Maintaining facilities mailbox to ensure queries are responded to accurately and efficiently. Cover for Property Executive when on store visits/annual leave and assisting with projects (store openings/closures).
