Our great client based in Dorking are seeking an experienced Finance Assistant to help support the Finance Manager, with the day to day running of the accounts function.
Hours: Full time (however part time would be considered)
Main duties include:
- Assist with the production of the month end and management accounts
- Processing Accruals and prepayments
- Processing of multi-currency revenue invoices
- Posting of multi-currency purchase invoices and credit cards
- Cost Analysis
- Bank reconciliations and control accounts
- Marketing Profit and Loss Accounts
- Adhoc finance projects
Essential Skills & Knowledge
- Previous experience in accounting work is essential
- Knowledge of Sage 50 or similar Accounts package
- Must be a competent user of Excel skill - Pivot tables and lookup
- Attention to detail
