Our great client based in Dorking are seeking an experienced Finance Assistant to help support the Finance Manager, with the day to day running of the accounts function.

Hours: Full time (however part time would be considered)

Main duties include:

  • Assist with the production of the month end and management accounts
  • Processing Accruals and prepayments
  • Processing of multi-currency revenue invoices
  • Posting of multi-currency purchase invoices and credit cards
  • Cost Analysis
  • Bank reconciliations and control accounts
  • Marketing Profit and Loss Accounts
  • Adhoc finance projects

Essential Skills & Knowledge

  • Previous experience in accounting work is essential
  • Knowledge of Sage 50 or similar Accounts package
  • Must be a competent user of Excel skill - Pivot tables and lookup
  • Attention to detail
