📍 Fetcham, Surrey (Office-based with some on-site work)
🕒 Permanent, Full-Time (Part-time considered – minimum 27.5 hours/week)
💰 £40,000 – £45,000 per annum
📅 Reporting to: Head of Event Operations


About the Company

Our client is a well-established event management company and UK DMC, operating since 2003. They deliver exceptional corporate events across the UK for international clients in over 40 countries. Working with a wide range of Blue Chip brands, they specialise in incentive programmes, meetings and conferences, product launches, and corporate hospitality.


The Role

As a Project Manager, you’ll be part of a small, dynamic team responsible for responding to client briefs, preparing creative proposals, and delivering high-quality events. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career in a respected agency environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to client requests and prepare compelling proposals

  • Research and source venues, hotels, restaurants, and event suppliers

  • Support marketing and product development initiatives

  • Ensure timely and effective responses to briefs

  • Manage suppliers, contracts, and service level agreements

  • Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously

  • Handle client and delegate communications

  • Maintain client and supplier databases, assist with payments and credit control

  • Oversee on-site event coordination and manage suppliers and staff during events


Experience & Skills

  • Event agency experience preferred

  • Strong IT skills (Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Excellent communication and writing skills

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail

  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure

  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills

  • Commercially aware and eager to learn and progress
