Our wonderful client who is a leader in their field is seeking a creative and innovative designer to join their team. This role requires someone who has experience in digital content and is looking to collaborate with Studio Design colleagues, and the wider marketing team, to develop and execute creative campaigns, including image sourcing, editing & refinement.
As one of their in-house Designers, you’ll be responsible for creating visually compelling and inspiring content. You’ll design a variety of digital and print materials and produce high-quality video content to support marketing. Your creativity and technical skills will help drive the brand’s visual identity and storytelling.
What you’ll be doing
Building on our brand new Brand Identity, design and produce a wide range of creative, sometimes artfully animated, assets for our channels. all with the goal of engaging audiences into action.
- Design and produce a wide range of creative, sometimes artfully animated, assets for our digital channels. This could be anything from display and social ads, emails, web banners and video content all with the goal of engaging audiences into action.
- Create print materials such as flyers, posters, and print ads, as well as artwork for exhibition stands.
- Develop video content including website content, social media reels and shorts.
- Creative development and design of both print and digital brochures.
- Regular design edits/product updates to ensure digital brochures stay correct and current.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualise and execute creative campaigns, including image sourcing, editing & refinement.
- Ensuring all media assets adhere to brand guidelines.
- Assist in the development of visual content strategies to boost audience engagement.
- Identifying, collating and re-purposing relevant UGC content for future design use.
You will have
Skills required for the role:
• Proven experience as a Designer, preferably in a B2C business and digital experience essential
• Degree/Qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and branding.
• Experience in video production including editing, and post-production.
• A solid understanding of Meta and display ad formats and best practice around these.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, managing and prioritising multiple briefs to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills, interpreting briefs and liaising with teams to understand and deliver the best output.
• Articulates ideas clearly and convincingly, with the ability to pitch concepts and participate in design-related discussions.
• Possesses an eagle eye for detail, ensuring that all design is error-free and upholds the brand’s high standards.
Desirable
• Experience with motion graphics and the production of animated assets.
• Familiarity with HTML5/CSS and web design principles.
• Knowledge of the latest design trends and technologies.
