Your Role on the Team:

Responsibilities:

  • Ultimately responsible for the smooth sailing of all our website advertising, ensuring our budgets, bids, targeting & conversions are exactly where we need them to be
  • Day-to-day management of all website advertising campaigns & platforms across all marketplaces in the UK, Germany, and USA, including Google Search, Google Shopping, and our growing paid social channels.
  • Development & evolution of advertising strategies for each platform, as well as an overarching plan to keep them seamlessly integrated
  • Manage performance reporting for all website digital advertising channels, ensuring issues are escalated and KPIs are met
  • Deliver all advertising campaign development for new website marketplace launches and new product launches within existing markets
  • Carry out thorough & expansive keyword research, filtering these keywords as necessary to ensure all budgets are tailored to the keywords that deliver the best results
  • Manage all Google Merchant Centre feeds, and organic Google Shopping placements in search
  • Implement advertising automation processes where necessary/appropriate to ensure your time is spent efficiently without losing control over important decisions
  • Take on a leading role within the Company’s multi-channel advertising team, providing support where needed and offering guidance on cross-channel best practices
  • Collaborate with the rest of the marketing team to ensure the clicks we earn convert as effectively as possible
  • Constantly innovate within the digital advertising space, investing in new platforms, technologies & opportunities to keep us at the cutting edge

Essential skills and knowledge:

 

  • Performance advertising strategy & implementation
  • Bid management, budget management & knowledge of advertising algorithms
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
  • Working knowledge of Google Merchant Centre &Google Ads Manager
  • Working knowledge of Facebook Business Manager & Shopify is desired but not essential
