Contracts Administrator

 

Industry: Accounting/Finance

Location: Near Guildford (Hybrid working)

Must be a car owner/driver due to location

£26-28k (DOE)

The contracts administrator role will be predominantly working for one of the company’s key accounts and ensuring all contracts and corresponding invoices are correct and documented accordingly.


This is a great role for a strong administrator wiho has excellent attention to detail and ideally interest in finance or numbers. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

- Manage and maintain contracts for client accounts

- Review and analyse contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements

- Checking all invoices are correct and loaded onto accounting system

- Coordinate with clients to negotiate terms and resolve any issues

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records and documentation

- Be a point of contact for client queries and invoice discrepancies

- Work with account management team to analyse and resolve variance with contracts and invoicing

- Assisting other team members as and when required

 

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in administration or commercial organisation

- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

- Excellent communication skills

- Attention to detail

- Numerate

- Familiarity contracts (desirable not essential)
