Commercial Contracts Manager (Heating & Plumbing)
Location: Reigate, Surrey
Hours: Mon–Fri, 08:00–17:00 (1-hour paid lunch)
Role Type: Office-based (occasional site visits – expenses covered)
The Role
We are recruiting a Commercial Account Lead for a well-established plumbing and heating company based in Reigate. This role would suit a time-served Commercial Engineer looking to move off the tools into an office-based, client-focused position while still using strong technical knowledge.
You will be the main point of contact for commercial clients, managing relationships, coordinating projects, and supporting the commercial team.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and develop long-term commercial client relationships

Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams

Ensure projects are delivered on time and to client expectations

Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts

Provide technical support to the Commercial division

Handle client queries and escalations

Maintain accurate paperwork, CRM records, and quotations

Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies
About You
Essential:
-
Proven experience in domestic and commercial plumbing & heating
-
Experience in boiler servicing, breakdowns, installations, and commercial repairs

Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills

Confident using laptops, smartphones, Outlook, apps, and CRM systems

Good understanding of industry regulations
Desirable:

Commercial gas qualifications
-
City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent
-
Experience with large commercial buildings or insurance work
