With over 2000 vendors relationships and a very successful cloud practice, Our client is at the forefront of the cloud marketplace opportunity and this role has been created to support the design, orchestration, and delivery of a marketplace practice.

In this exciting role you will be the marketplace programs specialist and an overlay resource to sales and customers with the ability to clearly articulate how we can assist our customers modernise their procurement methods via marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build upon the existing Marketplace presence within the Company to ensure Marketplace becomes a core sales proposition for us.

  • Work with the marketplace teams at AWS (Amazon Web Services) to determine the viability of ISV offerings

  • Work with internal proposition owners to plan and execute a series of sales campaigns targeting all our Company’s customers

  • Scale our ‘private offers’ offerings into new and existing customers – Target EDP eligible customers

  • Focus on our Enterprise and Public Sector customer base to build their cloud strategy and grow their consumption via CPPO consumption-based offers

  • Become the ‘go-to’ cloud partner for strategic adoption of Marketplace both commercially and technically

  • Solution selling with Marketplace – Adoption of listing services capabilities onto Marketplace

  • Proactively engage with sales and customers and take ownership of opportunities

  • Work with sales and Specialists to identify whitespace within accounts & proactively target customers with Marketplace messaging

  • Pipeline progression & forecast accuracy

Required experience / skills:

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • An excellent communicator

  • Copes well under pressure

  • High level of ability with Microsoft Excel

  • Knowledge of Cloud Marketplace.
