Business IT Support Technician

Dorking, Surrey

Our lovely client who is well established in their field are seeking someone to join their IT department.  The purpose of this role is to assist in the support of all aspects of the IT and systems development provision to the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with and support printing of system daily, weekly and monthly reports
• Assist with and support correct configuration of system overnight and month end jobs
• Assist with and provide support to ensure that system data extracts are placed in correct network locations ready for end-users
• Assist with and provide support to ensure that third party data extracts are transmitted in a timely fashion
• Assist with and support the daily tests and resolve any issues before live update
• Assist in the management of departmental documentation
• Learn how to use Automation software to enable the build and deploy of robots.
• Support SQL developments/processes

Skills / Knowledge

• Some knowledge of Windows operating systems
• Some knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• SQL/Excel useful
• Good with numbers
• Logical mind
• Good written skills

Experience

Work in an office/IT environment useful.
