Working within the Business Operations team the role of the Business Administrator is to support the customer & business through the procurement and processing of various products, services and solutions offered by the Group through the relevant systems, as well as carry out Business Operation tasks, including invoicing & customer service.
You will need to work closely with other members of the Finance, Projects, and Provisioning Teams, as well as other teams across the Company. 

It is essential that you are an effective communicator and confident liaising with external parties including Customers and Suppliers via telephone,   email, chat and face to face where relevant.

Attention to detail, along with accuracy of data input into internal systems along with a polite and helpful attitude are also an essential requirement for the role.

Familiarity with using a CRM and Accounting packing would also be beneficial.
